Originally from a sleepy little town in Alabama, Melissa grew up with Southern manners and fishing with a cane pole in her dad's boat. She learned a lot about respect and morality. She holds an associate degree in Science and can honestly say she got her real education being an Army wife and raising three teenage boys. Melissa has traveled all over the world with the military. She is experienced in property management as well as Residential Sales. She joined Carle Properties in 2013 with 12 years of real estate experience.  In 2017, she purchased the company and is now the Owner/Principle Broker. She closed 107 units in 2019 and 22 million gross volume. She has finished consecutively in the top 3% of the MLS for years. She is tech-savvy and very competent in research. Her absolute favorite aspect of Real Estate is the relationships that have come from it. The friends she has made, the wonderful houses she has sold and the ever-changing challenge of making someone's dreams come true.
