How many homes should I look at before I make a purchasing decision?
We want you to find that perfect home! So if we have to look at 1 house or 100 there is no limit!
How do your fees work?
We want our clients to maximize their profits when selling their home and we think our listing structure does exactly that! There is an upfront $495 professional fee and then 3.4% of the sales price due at closing. This Commission is split between us as your listing agent and the buyers agent.
Can you guarantee me a stress free transaction?
We know that buying a home is a major undertaking. And while we cant promise you that its going to be completely stress free, we can promise that we will be there for you every step of the way with insight and information!
